Leadership strategies that will determine not only the economic development of society, but, above all, aim to move Russia to the top of the global technological pyramid, require end-to-end digital transformation in all spheres of the economy, industrial production and public administration.
The formation of a sustainable digital ecosystem is carried out by the conscious efforts of the whole society: the cooperation of science, business, production, government and social guarantees for those economic groups that will not be able to adapt quickly to the ongoing changes.
Fundamental tasks to reduce poverty and provide employment, support of small and medium-sized businesses require the creation of safe network environments for government institutions, educational, medical and social structures at the regional, national and intercountry levels.

In the first half of November in Glasgow, Scotland, under the auspices of the UN, the international climate conference COP-26 was held, which brought together representatives of the countries who signed the Paris Agreement. The “Green Deal” that Europe has set for itself with its energy transition to renewable energy sources and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, is undergoing one of the most serious challenges. The eager sounding of the energy transition issue is associated with the energy crisis unfolding in Europe, when speculative sentiments push the price of this key energy carrier for Europe tenfold up from the average annual values, jeopardizing the competitiveness of the European economies. And renewable energy sources cannot compensate for the real shortage of blue fuel. Could artificial intelligence have foreseen such a development?
Russia is following its own path in the area of the low-carbon energy agenda, launching pilot hydrogen projects in Sakhalin and Murmansk, however, at the same time, does not negate investment programmes for the development of traditional energy sources. Many international companies operating in Russia and the CIS must report simultaneously to several national regulators and the Western investment community in strict accordance with the "green standards" of Europe.
How to link “greening” with the competitiveness of the particular business and entire sectors of the economy?
What solutions, technologies and investments are needed for a painless energy transition?
Where is the role of artificial intelligence algorithms here? How can AI help in calculating scenarios for the development of the situation?
How quick will the domestic investors class emerge, for whom ESG is not just an image, but also a part of the business with sufficient profitability?
How should the infrastructure of the green finance market look like, what elements should be created first of all?
What can countries and multinational corporations do together to minimize the risks of future economic shocks?
Can machine intelligence become an assistant to a person in finding a balance of interests in the field of extraction, transportation and use of new energy sources?
What are the main outcomes of COP-26?
What steps are required for each business, industry, and regulator to ensure the development of the economy and the preservation of Russia's leadership position in the energy markets?

Plenary Session:
The introduction of cross-border carbon regulation in the European Union, the energy transition of the European economy to the climate-neutral level due to the achievement of zero CO2 emissions by 2050 impose significant restrictions on the functioning of entire industries of the Russian Federation focused on the export of hydrocarbon products. The tightening of the global environmental and climate agenda requires Russian business to change established technologies and general concepts for the generation, production and transportation of energy carriers, energy generation technologies, and carbon-free production technologies. The solution of such global issues induces the creation of mechanisms that ensure and coordinate efforts of the state, science, education, society, production and business, which will allow Russia not only to follow the global trends of low-carbon development, but to create these trends.

The global economic shocks associated with the pandemic produced forced stress testing of the digital infrastructure of global and domestic digital platforms, during which many technological, political and economic leaders demonstrated their incapacity. Artificial intelligence is turning from an applied tool into an independent creator. But can artificial intelligence contribute to the development of such area as culture? Does it become an assistant in the restoration, assessment of cultural heritage, digitalization of rare exhibits, or, on the contrary, slows down and reduces the value of the creative process, the value of the artist himself?

n modern megacities, frequently, one of the sources of social tension becomes the environmental factor, which often significantly affects the economic, infrastructural, logistic and social development of districts, cities, regions, megacities and agglomerations. The development and implementation of new technologies for managing the environmental behavior of megacities residents involves not only strengthening the role of state structures as a guarantor of environmental safety, but also the active participation of all citizens and non-governmental organizations in eliminating the contradictions between the needs of society for clean environment and economic activities of entities that consume irreplaceable natural resources and carry out harmful emissions.

Round Tables
The business-government-science triad has been the basis for the development of the economy and society for a long time. The primacy and significance of this alliance become increasingly evident in times of critical events that cannot be predicted in advance. One of such events was the global pandemic, that radically changed the entire world economic order.
To restore their business activity, companies need clear answers to the following questions: “How to stay on course in the new economic paradigm?”, “How to prevent a sharp deterioration of indicators?”, “How to develop a clear corporate development strategy; based on fundamental interrelationships between macroeconomic phenomena and processes?”
To create effective algorithms for supporting the economy and to make objective forecasts of the country's economic development, it is important for the academic community to understand the real state of affairs, to see and to hear problems faced by the corporate sector and the state.
There is a need for dialogue between the state, business and science to assess necessities of economic agents for government support, to correct strategic documents for socio-economic development, and to identify national priorities.
